LOCK HAVEN -- The following court proceedings were held before district judges:
-- Nicholas Scott Hanley, of Beech Creek, charged with two counts of aggravated assault-attempts/causes bodily injury, disarming a law enforcement officer-without lawful authorization, disorderly conduct-engage in fighting, two counts of resisting arrest/other law enforcement, two counts of use/possession of drug paraphernalia, public drunkenness/similar misconduct and two counts of reckless endangerment, held for court, and disarming a law enforcement officer-without lawful authorization, dismissed.
-- Lisa Marie Hamilton, of Renovo, charged with 29 counts of theft by unlawful taking-movable property, 29 counts of theft by deception-false impression, 29 counts of theft-failure to make required disposition of funds and 26 counts of tamper records/ID-writing, waived for court.
-- Anshika Kalra, of State College, charged with making false/fraudulent/incomplete insurance claim and theft by deception-criminal attempt, waived for court.
-- Jonathan Welsley Harden Gadd, of Erie, charged with false identification to law enforcement officer, withdrawn, and driving while license is suspended, moved to nontraffic citation.
