— Gary Alan Fausey II, charged with driving under suspension-eighth offense, possession with intent to deliver 3.44 grams of methamphetamine and driving under the influence-first offense, sentenced to 19 months to 78 months in a State Correctional Facility, fined $2,000 and shall complete the Alcohol Highway Safety School.
