— Maria Louise Solt, charged with criminal use of a communication facility and theft, fined $350, shall pay $160 in restitution and placed on probation for five years.

— Maria Louise Solt, charged with conspiracy to deliver methamphetamine, fined $250 and placed on probation for five years.

— Aaron Nelson Hall, charged with fleeing/attempting to elude a police officer, fined $100 and sentenced to four to 23 months in the Clinton County Correctional Facility.

— Amaury Paulino, charged with intent to deliver marijuana, fined $1,000, shall pay $3,897.90 in restitution, sentenced to five to 23 months in the Clinton County Correctional Facility.

— Shannon Adair Irvin, charged with driving under the influence-first offense and possession of a controlled substance, fined $1,000, shall complete the Alcohol Highway Safety School, placed on probation for 18 months and shall serve 72 hours in the Day Reporting Center program.

— Kiana Ashley Smith, charged with making false alarms to agencies of public safety and resisting arrest, placed on probation for two years.

— Edward David Sines, Jr., charged with driving under the influence, fined $1,000, shall complete the Alcohol Highway Safety School, shall complete 100 hours of community service and placed on probation for two years.
