CENTRE HALL -- A 20-year-old woman from Wilmerding Borough was charged with harassment after an incident at The Meadows Psychiatric Center on June 28, according to state police at Rockview.
Police said they responded to the Potter Township facility just before 3 p.m. after receiving a report of harassment and determined the woman had harassed a 36-year-old Johnstown man.
Three-vehicle crash
MILESBURG -- A Howard man was charged with driving at an unsafe speed after causing a chain-reaction, three-vehicle crash near Milesburg, according to state police at Rockview.
Police said Caleb M. Lucas, 19, was driving a 2014 GMC Sierra on N. Eagle Valley Road when he rear-ended a stopped 2015 Ram, which was then pushed into a stopped 2016 Chevrolet Silverado. The two pickup trucks had been waiting for a vehicle to turn left onto Aqua Penn Drive.
Lucas was evaluated for possible injuries, police said. The drivers of the other two vehicles were not injured.
Following too closely
BELLEFONTE -- Neva J. Seyler, 63, of Howard, was charged with following too closely after rear-ending a 2008 Jeep Wrangler with her 2015 Chevrolet Silverado on the Benner Pike on the afternoon of June 27, according to police.
No injuries were reported, but Seyler's vehicle was towed.
