Retail theft
LOCK HAVEN -- Ronald D. Winkleman, 64, of Lock Haven, was arrested and charged with a second degree misdemeanor retail theft on May 27 at approximately 1:08 p.m., according to Woodward Township police.
Winkleman allegedly entered the Nittany Minit Mart and stole four cans of alcohol valued at $13.76, police said.
According to police, Winkleman had two other active warrants for him prior to the retail theft, one of which was for a previous retail theft conviction.
Winkleman was arraigned on July 13 before Judge Frank Mills and was released on $5,000 unsecured bail, police said.
Criminal mischief with vehicles
LOCK HAVEN -- Unknown suspects operating at least two vehicles intentionally drove through the lawns of seven different residences within Woodward Township on July 22 between the hours of midnight and 5 a.m., according to Woodward Township police.
Numerous surveillance videos have been collected from homes in and around the area, police said.
Two vehicles have been identified and interviews will follow, according to police.
Vehicle crashes

LAMAR -- The driver of a 2018 Kia Sportage suffered suspected minor injuries following a one vehicle crash along Interstate 80 East in Porter Township on July 18, state police at Lamar said.
At 5:29 p.m., Sheena L. Montgomery, 44, of Easton, Pa., was traveling at about 80 miles per hour in the right lane during rainy weather when she lost control of her vehicle and traveled off the south shoulder, striking a culvert, a road sign and overturning, police said. The vehicle came to rest on its passenger side.
Montgomery was transported by Goodwill Hose Ambulance for suspected minor injuries, police said.
Found property
LOCKPORT -- A wallet was found in the 1000 block of Coudersport Pike, Woodward Township, on July 18, state police at Lamar said.
Drugs found in
traffic stop
RENOVO -- A 56-year-old Renovo man was arrested for suspected driving under the influence and drug possession following a traffic stop along Third Street, Renovo Borough, on July 3, state police at Lamar said.
At 10:16 p.m., police stopped the driver of a 2017 Toyota Highlander, name not listed.
Through further investigation, it was determined the driver might be under the influence of a drug, police said.
A search of the vehicle was conducted and police seized a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, police said.
The driver was taken from the scene to UPMC Lock Haven for a legal blood draw, police said.
An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
