— Jennifer A. Majetsky, of North Bend, charged with driving under the influence-first offense and careless driving, waived for court.

— Jeremiah Sean Laubscher, of Lock Haven, charged with simple assault and harassment-subject other to physical contact, held for court.

— John Edward Bardo, of Lock Haven, charged with theft by unlawful taking-movable property and criminal mischief-damage property with intent/recklessly/negligently, waived for court.

— Delvin Wade Roork, of Renovo, charged with simple assault, withdrawn.

— Ronald Irvin MIller, of Renovo, charged with making terroristic threats, withdrawn, and harassment-subject other to physical contract, moved to non-traffic citation.

— Kevin Barry Timothy Donovan, of Williamsport, charged with defiant trespass-actual communication from owner/occupant, withdrawn, and defiant trespass-posted, moved to non-traffic citation.
