LOCK HAVEN -- The following court proceedings were held before district judges:
-- Derek T. Shaffer, of Carlisle, charged with illegal operation of a vehicle without ignition interlock, unlawful operation-expiration sticker and proof of insurance required produced and displayed, withdrawn, and unlawful operation of snow/ATV without helmet, moved to traffic.
-- Shane Michael Neumann, of Lock Haven, charged with receiving stolen property, flight to avoid apprehension/trial/punishment, evading arrest or detention on foot, fleeing or attempting to elude officer, recklessly endangering another person, unauthorized use of motor/other vehicles, careless driving, reckless driving and driving at a safe speed, waived for court.
-- Tanner Barry Sanders, of Jersey Shore, charged with two counts of theft of secondary metal, two counts of theft by taking-moveable property, receiving stolen property and property damage-criminal mischief, waived for court.
-- Iyisha Ola-Denee Hayes Floyd, of Rochester, N.Y., charged with two counts of theft by unlawful taking-moveable property, theft by deception-false impression, unauthorized use of motor/other vehicles and theft by failure to make required disposition funds, waived for court.
-- Angelo J. Ruocco, of Nashua, N.H., charged with defiant trespass with actual communication to, harassment-comm. Lewd, threatening, etc. language, disorderly conduct-engage in fighting and trespass by motor vehicle, waived for court.
-- Malcolm Rodney Mulvaney, of Lock Haven, charged with burglary-overnight accommodation; no person present, two counts of theft by unlawful taking-moveable property and two counts of receiving stolen property, waived for court.
