LOCK HAVEN -- The following court proceedings were held before district judges:
-- Steven Ray Barner, Jr., of Jersey Shore, charged with intentional possession of a controlled substance by person not registered, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, driving unregistered vehicle and driving while operating privilege suspended/revoked, waived for court.
-- Dustin Brooks Romig, of Lock Haven, charged with two counts of burglary-not adapted for overnight accommodation/no person present, two counts of criminal trespass/simple trespasser, two counts of theft by unlawful taking-moveable property, receiving stolen property and possession of instrument of crime with intent, waived for court.
-- Steven Ray Barner, Jr., of Jersey Shore, charged with manufacture/delivery/possession with intent to manufacture or deliver and criminal use of a communication facility, waived for court.
-- Seth James Witherite, of Bellefonte, charged with theft by unlawful taking-moveable property, theft of secondary metal and receiving stolen property, waived for court.
-- Celeste Marie Champagne, of Lock Haven, charged with resisting arrest/other law enforcement, waived for court.
-- Charles W. Styers, of Mill Hall, charged with DUI:general impairment/incapable of driving safely-1st offense and DUI: highest rate of alcohol-1st offense, withdrawn, and reckless driving, careless driving, failure to keep right, disregarding traffic lane (single), violating hazard regulation and driving under the influence of alcohol/controlled substance following diversion, waived for court.
