FLEMINGTON -- A trespassing incident occurred in the 200 block of Birch Street in Flemington between the dates of July 19 and 26, by an unknown suspect, according to state police at Lamar.
Theft of services
MILL HALL -- State police at Lamar responded to an address on Fairpoint Road, Mill Hall, for a report of theft of services on July 7, at approximately 5:24 p.m., police said.
This investigation is ongoing, according to police.
Two vehicle crash with injuries
MILL HALL -- On July 28, at approximately 2:19 p.m., a two vehicle crash occurred on Pennsylvania Avenue at its intersection with Main Street in Mill Hall, according to state police at Lamar.
The crash occurred as Harmony D. Fletcher, 23, of Howard, was traveling northbound on Main Street as Robert A. Peters, 77, of Mill Hall, was traveling southbound on Pennsylvania Avenue, police said.
Fletcher, turning left to continue onto Main Street, turned into the path of Peters' vehicle without yielding and collided, police said.
Fletcher was transported to UPMC Williamsport for suspected minor injuries following the accident, according to police.
Peters sustained minor injuries but was not transported from the scene, police said.
DUI hit and run
LOGANTON -- A crash occurred on July 20, at approximately 12:04 a.m., as Dena R. Bierly, 40, of Loganton, was traveling east on East Valley Road driving a 2023 Subaru WRX, according to state police at Lamar.
Bierly then struck an Amish buggy from the rear, ejecting the occupants of the buggy, police said.
Bierly did not stop at the scene and continued east on East Valley Road, according to police.
No injuries were reported but the buggy was destroyed from the impact of the vehicle, police said.
Physical harassment
RENOVO -- State police at Lamar responded to an address on Huron Avenue in Renovo for a report of an inactive domestic on July 29, at approximately 6:57 p.m., police said.
Through investigation, it was determined that Rebecca Simcox, 24, of North Bend, struck a 56-year-old Renovo man over the head with a guitar, police said.
Charges have been filed through District Judge Frank Mills' office.
Domestic dispute
MILL HALL -- State police at Lamar responded to Lionel Lane in Bald Eagle Township on July 30, at approximately 8:05 a.m., for a report of a domestic dispute between a 35-year-old woman, of Mill Hall, and a 39-year-old man, of Bald Eagle Township, police said.
Through investigation, both parties shared that there was unwanted physical contact via pushing and grabbing, police said.
Both parties were cited with harassment through District Judge Heidi Wright's office.
Single vehicle accident
MILL HALL -- A crash occurred on July 21, at approximately 2:56 a.m., as a 17-year-old Mill Hall girl was negotiating a left hand curve and failed to successfully do so, according to state police at Lamar.
The vehicle, a 2019 Chevrolet Equinox, traveled off the right side of the roadway and traveled up an embankment before hitting a tree, police said.
The vehicle sustained disabling damage and was towed from the scene by Martin Motors, police said.
Terroristic threats
FLEMINGTON -- Between Aug. 14 and 15, state police at Lamar responded to a report on Berkley Street in Flemington after an individual was contacted by a third party through Facebook Messenger.
Through investigation, it was found that the individual, a 43-year-old South Williamsport man, sent dozens of messages to the victim describing how the actor wished and plans to murder them one day, police said.
An arrest warrant was obtained and served to the individual who was transported to the Clinton County Correctional Facility, police said.
Charges have been filed through District Judge Keith Kibler's office.
