LOCK HAVEN -- The following court proceedings were held before district judges:
-- Logan Ronald Baker, of Jersey Shore, charged with simple assault, harassment-subject other to physical contact, possessing instrument of crime with intent and three counts of criminal mischief-damage property, held for court, two counts of theft by unlawful taking-moveable property and robbery-taking property from other/force, withdrawn, false imprisonment and terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another, dismissed.
-- Ethan Aaron Wade Barner, of Lock Haven, charged with simple assault, harassment-subject other to physical contact and public drunkenness/similar misconduct, held for court.
-- Matthew Alexande Milner, of Renovo, charged with criminal trespass/simple trespasser, harassment-communicating lewd, threatening language and disorderly conduct-obscene language/gesture, dismissed.
-- Jinwei Wang, of Flushing, N.Y., charged with promoting prostitution-own house of prostitution/organization/business, promoting prostitution-inmate in house of prostitution/business, corrupt organizations and dealing in proceeds of unlawful activities/intent to promote, waived for court.
-- Glenn E. Moore, of Renovo, charged with DUI: highest rate of alcohol-2nd offense, DUI: general impairment/incapable of driving safely-2nd offense, driving at a safe speed, careless driving, disregarding traffic lane (single), failure to use safety belt-driver/front seat occupant and restrictions on alcoholic beverages, waived for court.
-- Jordan Raymond Mooney, of Renovo, charged with DUI: general impairment/incapable of driving safely-1st offense, waived for court.
-- Kylee Ann Rapozo, of Renovo, charged with DUI: highest rate of alcohol-1st offense, DUI: general impairment/incapable of driving safely-1st offense,operating/permitting operation with unsafe equipment, exceeding 55 mph in other location by 25 mph and careless driving, waived for court.
-- Destiny May Brennan, of Lock Haven, charged with disorderly conduct-engaging in fighting, public drunkenness/similar misconduct and purchasing alcohol beverages by a minor, waived for court.
-- Brandy Marie Hubbard, of Loganton, charged with marijuanna-small amount for personal use and nine counts of use/possession of drug paraphernalia, waived for court.
-- James Alan Berry, III, of Lock Haven, charged with false alarm to an agency of public safety, stalking-repeatedly communicating to cause feare, criminal mischief-damage property, false report-falsely incriminate another, disorderly conduct-engaging in fighting and harassment-communicating repeatedly in another manner, waived for court.
-- Emma Jane Dickey, of Blanchard, charged with three counts of criminal mischief-damage property, three counts of disorderly conduct-hazardous/physical offense, three counts of damaging real property by operating a motor vehicle and three counts of reckless driving, waived for court.
-- Shawn Joseph Huilker, of Lock Haven, charged with DUI: highest rate of alcohol-3rd offense, DUI: general impairment/incapable of driving safely-3rd offense, resisting arrest/other law enforcement, driving an unregistered vehicle, operating a vehicle without valid inspection and careless driving, waived for court.
