Damage to Riverview Park LOCKPORT — Woodward Township police arrested Xavier A. Kinley, 19, of Lock Haven, on Sept. 2 following incidents that occurred at Riverview Park on three dates — June 23, at approximately 1:30 a.m., June 25, at approximately 11:30 p.m., and June 27 at approximately 11:40 p.m., according to police. Kinley, along with others, drove his vehicle onto the park grounds and caused over $11,000 in damage, and drove in a reckless manner with people hanging out of the windows, police said. MILTON —State police at Milton are trying to identify the owners of approximately $200,000 in gold bars that they believe came from unsuspecting scam victims. On Sept. 10, troopers said they stopped a 2025 Honda Accord with California registration 9TTS143 on Interstate 80 west of Route 15 in Union County.
