Fire crews rescue trapped occupant in fire over weekend

LOCK HAVEN — The Lock Haven Fire Department along with Lock Haven EMS and Goodwill Hose EMS were able to secure a trapped individual during a fire on the second floor of an apartment at 309 E. Main St. over the weekend.
