Drug possession LOCK HAVEN — State police at Lamar stopped a 2005 blue Honda on Woodward Avenue at Mill Hill Road in Woodward Township on June 19 for Title 75 violations. Police arrested both occupants, a 28-year-old Julian man and a 32-year-old Beech Creek man, for outstanding warrants. Police said a search yielded drugs and paraphernalia. Disorderly conduct WOOLRICH — On June 15, close to noon, state police at Lamar were called to an address on Park Avenue in Pine Creek Township for the report of a house being vandalized. Police said that following their investigation, three juveniles, each 15 years of age, were arrested for disorderly conduct. Police said that the investigation also revealed that Jessica Barner, 38, of Mill Hall, a mother of one of the juveniles, allegedly drove the teens to the scene. Two charged in harassment incident MILLHEIM — On June 12 at 9:11 p.m., a 21-year-old woman from Coburn and a 47-year-old man from Woodward were both charged with harassment following an incident on North Street in Millheim Borough, according to state police at Rockview.
