Walk By Faith to be held June 1 to November 2

LOCK HAVEN -- The "Walk by Faith" walking program has announced its walking schedule for 2022 beginning on Wednesday, June 1 and continuing every Wednesday at 6 p.m. through Nov. 2 (weather permitting).

The walks are in six different locations (all off road and away from traffic) and take approximately an hour or less.

You can walk at your own pace, get lots of fresh air and fellowship with one another while enjoying the beauty of God's creation. You do not need to register -- just show up on the scheduled dates and bring a friend!

The program will follow the below schedule:

-- June 1 at the levee walkways. Meet at Covenant United Methodist Church at 44 W. Main St.

-- June 8 at Riverview Park, Woodward Township. Meet at park.

-- June 15 at Rails to Trails. Meet in the parking lot at Jersey Shore.

-- June 22 at the Wayne Township Nature Park in McElhattan. Meet at pavilion on the left.

-- June 29 at Bald Eagle Valley Trail. Meet at the old train station in Castanea.

-- July 6 at McElhattan Old River Road. Meet in parking lot.

-- July 13 at the levee walkway. Meet at Covenant United Methodist Church.

-- July 20 at Riverview Park, Woodward Township. Meet at park.

-- July 27 at Rails to Trails. Meet in parking lot at Jersey Shore.

-- Aug. 3 at the Wayne Township Nature Park in McElhattan. Meet at pavilion on the left.

-- Aug. 10 at Bald Eagle Valley Trail. Meet at old train station in Castanea.

-- Aug. 17 at McElhattan Old River Road. Meet in parking lot.

-- Aug. 24 at levee walkway. Meet at Covenant United Methodist Church.

-- Aug. 31 at Riverview Park, Woodward Township. Meet at park.

-- Sept. 7 at Rails to Trails. Meet in parking lot at Jersey Shore.
