Pork and Sauerkraut Dinner
RENOVO -- Renovo First United Methodist Church will offer a drive-up pork and sauerkraut dinner on Monday, May 8, from 4-6 p.m. The meal will cost $12 and includes mashed potatoes, hot dogs, applesauce and desserts. Pre-orders can be called in between 2-4 p.m. at 570-923-1313. Please enter the alley from 8th Street and come to the back porch of the church to pick up your orders.
Election Day dinner
JERSEY SHORE -- A Primary Election Day Dinner (Clair D. Thompson Memorial) will be held at First United Methodist Church, 236 S. Main St., Jersey Shore, on Tuesday, May 16, from 4:30-6:30 p.m.
The menu is baked ham, sweet potatoes, vegetables, cole slaw, rolls/butter, applesauce and cake for a $10 donation. The meal is take-out only with pick on Thompson Street.
Outdoor Services
MACKEYVILLE -- Mackeyville United Methodist will be having outdoor services with music at their pavilion on May 13, June 24, July 14, Aug. 24, Sept.16 and Oct. 14. A service time was not provided to The Express.

JERSEY SHORE -- Oriole Methodist Church, 39 Main Road, Jersey Shore, will be holding a yard sale on Friday, May 12, and Saturday, May 13, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the church.

HOWARD -- Howard United Methodist Church will have its annual Yard Sale this year on May 6. Saturday hours will be from 8 a.m. until 1 p.m. The yard sale is held in the fellowship room of the church. Sing-alongs
MILL HALL -- Mill Hall Presbyterian church holds sing-alongs the second and fourth Fridays of each month. Each runs from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in the church sanctuary and features old favorites. The public is invited. Songbooks are provided with Kay Bossert leading and Pam Blesh playing the piano.
