BEECH CREEK -- Bargains and Blessings Community Closet's mobile thrift store will be open on Saturday, June 10 from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the First Commonwealth Bank, Main Street, Beech Creek, weather permitting. Gently used clothing, shoes and accessories for the entire family are available in sizes infants through 3XL. There is an abundance of children's clothing available. Items are priced at $5 per bag full. Bags will be furnished. Water and small snacks will also be available for free to shoppers.
Bargains and Blessings Community Closet is an outreach ministry of Faith Chapel UMC that serves Beech Creek, Blanchard, Howard and surrounding areas. All proceeds go back into the community to help families in need.
Donations of good quality clothing may be dropped off at the Beech Creek Wesleyan Church, the Blanchard Church of Christ, Liberty Baptist Church, the Howard United Methodist Church, or any Tuesday morning at the Faith Chapel United Methodist Church, 551 Hunter Run Road, Howard.
