Walk by Faith program begins June 7

LOCK HAVEN -- The "Walk by Faith" walking program has announced its walking schedule for 2023 beginning on Wednesday, June 7, and continuing every Wednesday at 6 p.m. through Oct. 25 (weather permitting).

The walks are in six different locations (all off road and away from traffic) and take approximately an hour or less. You can walk at your own pace, get lots of fresh air and fellowship with one another while enjoying the beauty of God's creation.

Walks will be held at the following dates and locations:

-- June 7, at 6 p.m.: Dike Levee (meet at the church)

-- June 14 at 6 p.m.: Riverview Park, Woodward Township (meet at Park)

-- June 21, at 6 p.m.: Rails to Trails (meet in parking lot at Jersey Shore)

-- June 28, at 6 p.m.: Nature Park in McElhattan (meet at pavilion on the left)

-- July 5, at 6 p.m.: Bald Eagle Valley Trail (meet at old Train Station)

-- July 12, at 6 p.m.: McElhattan Old River Road (meet in parking lot)

-- July 19, at 6 p.m.: Dike Levee (meet at the church)

-- July 26, at 6 p.m.: Riverview Park, Woodward Township (meet at Park)

-- Aug. 2, at 6 p.m.: Rails to Trails (meet in parking lot at Jersey Shore)

-- Aug. 9, at 6 p.m.: Nature Park in McElhattan (meet at pavilion on the left)

-- Aug. 16, at 6 p.m.: Bald Eagle Valley Trail (meet at old Train Station)

-- Aug. 23, at 6 p.m.: McElhattan Old River Road (meet in parking lot)

-- Aug. 30, at 6 p.m.: Dike Levee (meet at the church)

-- Sept. 6, at 6 p.m.: Riverview Park, Woodward Township (meet at Park)
