Walk by Faith group to begin June 4

LOCK HAVEN -- The "Walk by Faith" walking program has announced its walking schedule for 2025 beginning on Wednesday, June 4, and continuing every Wednesday at 6 p.m. through Oct. 29 -- weather permitting.

The walks are in seven different locations -- off road and away from traffic -- and take approximately an hour or less.

You can walk at your own pace, get lots of fresh air and fellowship with one another while enjoying the beauty of God's creation.

-- Wednesday, June 4, at 6 p.m.: New Woodward Township walkway (meet at the church to walk across the Jay Street bridge and on the walkway and back)

-- Wednesday, June 18, at 6 p.m.: Riverview Park, Woodward Township (meet at park)

-- Wednesday, June 25, at 6 p.m.: Rails to Trails (meet in parking lot at Jersey Shore)

-- Wednesday, July 2, at 6 p.m.: Nature Park in McElhattan (meet at pavilion on the left)

-- Wednesday, July 9, at 6 p.m.: Bald Eagle Valley Trail (meet at old train station)

-- Wednesday, July 16, at 6 p.m.: McElhattan Old River Road (meet in parking lot)

-- Wednesday, July 23, at 6 p.m.: Woodward Township Walkway (meet at the church to walk across the Jay Street bridge and on the walkway and back)
