Pastor at Pathway to Christ Church offers unique way to share Scripture

McELHATTAN -- Pastor Laura Gilbert serves the Lord offering messages of God's word at the Pathway to Christ Church in McElhattan. She offers a unique method of sharing Scripture with hand-sign to songs, poem writing, song writing and visual onscreen illustrations of the miracles of Jesus. Her congregation enjoys her uplifting and spiritual messages each Sunday. Part of her service also includes a brief video dedicated to the children before they leave for their Sunday school class.
In serving the Lord, she offers holy communion each month, outside services during the summer, weather permitting, and open prayers for those in the hearts of others. She is truly a blessing, serving the Lord and her congregation each Sunday.
Recently she produced a CD of songs that she has written inspired by her love of her father, in remembrance of her grandmother, dedication to the victims of 9/11 and other inspiring songs. She offers her CDs for a donation that she contributes to the medical needs of her father who is suffering from the effects of Parkinson's Disease.
All are invited and welcomed to Pathway, located in McElhattan, to enjoy Pastor Laura's enlivened sermons. Sunday School starts at 9 a.m. and church service at 10 a.m. as well as Bible study every Tuesday at 6:30 p.m.
