Covenant welcomes new pastor; Frear ordained as elder

LOCK HAVEN — Covenant United Methodist Church in Lock Haven recently celebrated Rev. Justin Frear and bid farewell to him and his family. Covenant is now welcoming a new minister.
Pastor Justin served the local church for four years, coming here on the heels of his graduation from Duke University Divinity School and his wedding to wife Sarah. Their baby, Logan, was born this April, and last month, Pastor Justin was ordained as an elder. The congregation wishes them all well in his new posting at Red Lion United Methodist Church.
Covenant now welcomes Pastor Rich Wallace, who returns to Lock Haven to serve the church at 44-46 W. Main St.
Pastor Rich is the son of Pastor Bruce Wallace and Chaplain Zelma Lang of Lock Haven.
Most recently he served the two churches of the Clearfield United Methodist Parish. He and wife, Michaela, have a blended family of five children, four of whom are now adults. Travis and Abrielle live with them.

All are welcome to Sunday worship at 8:45 a.m., with Sunday school for all ages at 10 a.m. The building is handicap accessible.
