JERSEY SHORE -- Local author Angela Schlesinger, writing under the pen name A.M. Stewart, recently visited Crossroads Child Learning Center to read from her published children's book series, "Faith and Feelings," to the students. Schlesinger also donated the complete series to the center for the children to continue enjoying.

Schlesinger wrote and published the "Faith and Feelings" series out of her love for connecting with children and teaching them about Jesus. Her own faith began in childhood when her grandmother led her to the Lord, an experience that had a lasting impact on her life and inspired her desire to share that same foundation of faith with another generation of children.

The "Faith and Feelings" series helps young children explore topics such as talking to God, finding Jesus within themselves, recognizing their unique gifts and understanding their feelings through faith.

Schlesinger is also the author of the memoir "Jubilee: A Life Redeemed." All of her books are available on Amazon.
