Pick flowers, help local communities BELLEFONTE — Blooming Petals Flower Farm is dedicating Wednesday, Aug. 27, as a day to help the Social Action Committee at St. Mark Lutheran Church. St. Mark’s Social Action Committee works to address the needs of local, state, national and international communities. It has built connections with local schools, shelters, food banks and more to help people in need in the region.
