Graduation is soon and so are our futures!
This is the time to know what you are going to do after high school. You should know what you want to do early on so you start off on the right foot. There are many seniors that are going to be successful and have a plan for the future. There are many opportunities out there. You just have to find yourself. Let's take a look at some of the seniors' plans after high school.
Brayden Confair plans to go to LHU for a bachelors degree in Gen ed. He is going to switch to Penn State on campus halfway through. Brayden states he is going to LHU in the beginning because it is cheaper. After college, Brayden wants to find a job as a coach or a teacher. It is important to have a plan because the process will go by smoothly and your future self will thank you.
Aidan Major will attend West Virginia University. He will get a full ride scholarship for baseball. Aidan plans to major in kinesiology and physical activity. "Once I am graduated, I will enter west Virginia's program for sports therapy," he said. Aidan wants to find a coaching job at the college or pro level for baseball. If Aidan's plans don't work out the way they are supposed to, he will use the military to fall back on. This sounds like a great and well thought out plan!
"My plan for after highschool is to ship out for the Army. I joined a year ago and have been training ever since. My MOS for the Army is 31 Bravo (Military Police). During my time in the Army, I want to attend college online for psychology. If I enjoy being in the Army, I will retire there.
If the Army is not for me, I want to become a civilian police officer after my contract is up. I will have my psychology degree to fall back on if anything does not go as planned. I start my career really soon but I am thankful for the opportunity to be able to do great things."
So many students at Central Mountain High School have bright futures ahead of them. It is awesome to see people making great choices and finding themselves in this world. Start planning out your future early. You will not regret it!
