LOCK HAVEN – The historic Fallon Hotel may have found itself a new owner.

The building, located at 131 E. Water St., was purchased for $70,000 on Friday, March 1, according to Berkshire and Hathaway Real Estate’s website.

The buyer’s real estate agent, April McHenry, of Real Estate Excel: A Girio Realty Company, of Williamsport, confirmed the sale yesterday.

An article of agreement, or purchase agreement, was created and should be recorded in the county’s assessment office in the future, a representative of the Clinton County Assessment office said.

The name of the buyer is listed as C&Q Investment Properties, LLC, based out of Williamsport.

No other names were listed on the document.

The property was owned by Terry and Delores Mantle of Jersey Shore and has been for sale since January 2018.

The Mantle’s agent, Melanie McLane of Jackson Real Estate, was not available for comment.
