No new COVID-19 cases in Clinton County
No new cases of COVID-19 were added in Clinton County on Friday, according to the Pennsylvania Department of Health.
Since the outbreak first began there have been 129 total cases of COVID-19 in the county. Of those 114 are confirmed and 15 are probable. So far 3,018 people have tested negative to the virus.
Centre County increased by three cases with 365 confirmed and 45 probable, the department said.
Lycoming County saw a large increase of 10 cases with 441 confirmed cases and 26 probable, the department of health said.
Statewide, 693 new cases were reported, increasing the total to 127,633 since the outbreak first began.
The Department of Health reported 7,558 deaths on Friday, an increase of 20 from the previous day. In Clinton County, there have been five confirmed deaths. The health department has reported 11 deaths for Centre County and 20 in Lycoming County.
An estimated 80 percent of patients – about 102,106 people – with the virus have recovered, according to the department.
A total of 1,399,509 patients in Pennsylvania have tested negative for COVID-19.
