Flash flooding leads to early dismissal at KCSD

MILL HALL – Due to flash flooding in Clinton County, students at the Keystone Central School District will be dismissed early today, Thursday.

Superintendent Jacquelyn Martin made the announcement at 9 a.m. this morning.

Martin released the following statement:

“Due to flash flooding in many areas in Clinton County KCSD will be having an early dismissal

“Elementary students will be dismissed at 10 am.

“High School student drivers will dismiss at 10:45.

“MS & HS – approximately 11:15 with parent pick up at 11 am.

“All after school activities have been cancelled.

“Staff will be dismissed by building principals. It is possible that we will be having a remote learning day tomorrow.”
