Delivery of The Express community newspaper print edition may be delayed -- or impossible -- Thursday and Friday mornings due to deteriorating road conditions from the ice-snow storm.
Carriers and haulers who are unable to make delivery due to snowy, slippery roads and associated hazards will deliver those papers when conditions allow.
The Express cautions its carriers to be “safe first.”
