LHPD search for suspects in home invasion, assault

LOCK HAVEN -- Lock Haven City Police are investigating a break-in that led to the assault of two residents along the 500 Block of West Church Street on July 28.

According to a release from city police, the home invasion occurred at about 1 a.m. where two suspects entered a home and assaulted a 20-year-old man and 20-year-old woman.

Both victims required medical treatment and several items were taken from the home by the suspects, police said.

Police are following several leads and were assisted on the scene by the Pennsylvania State Police Forensic Unit.
