Shelter in Place lifted at Robb Elementary following report of suspicious person in area

LOCK HAVEN – A Shelter in Place at Robb Elementary School has been lifted following reports of a suspicious person in the area of the school.
Reports of a suspicious person placed the school into lock down and delayed dismissal early Thursday afternoon as local law enforcement combed the area.
Keystone Central School District Superintendent Dr. Jacquelyn Martin released the following statement regarding the incident:
“Robb Elementary is currently under an order to shelter in place due to a report of a suspicious person outside of the school. Police are on the scene and actively investigating the incident. Dismissal will be delayed until it is determined by law enforcement that it is safe to dismiss students and staff. More information will be sent as it becomes available.”
At about 3 p.m., Martin reported the Shelter in Place was lifted and student dismissal had commenced.
No further information regarding the suspicious person has been released at this time.
