Western Clinton County on flood watch until Thursday morning

Raising river levels, dangerous rains and even more rain expected later on Wednesday have western Clinton County on Flood Watch as residents keep a thorough eye on the Susquehanna River. PennDOT crews were making sweeps with the plows west of Renovo along state Route 120 as heavy drainage resulted in water falls that often left debris along both sides of travel. As of 1 p.m. on Wednesday, the North Bend River Road remained open, typically one of the areas first to flood. A flood warning is in effect until at least 8 a.m. on Thursday morning.
