Motorists traveling through the Eagle Valley Road and North Water Street area may notice significant progress at the future Wawa construction site. Crews were observed Friday installing components of the new traffic signal system, with workers both on the ground and atop the signal structures. The traffic lights are part of the planned roadway improvements associated with the new Wawa development. Previous plans for the project called for a signalized entrance at the intersection to help manage traffic flow and improve safety in the area. The Mill Hall Wawa is expected to open in fall 2026.
