Local COVID-19 numbers saw a decrease compared to the weekend according to the Pennsylvania Department of Health. Clinton County reported 13 new positive cases on Monday, a significant decrease from the 40 cases that added on Sunday. Its total now stands at 957 cases since the outbreak first began.
