DAYWALT — Helen Catherine (Hanobik) Daywalt, 97, died on Jan. 21, 2022. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1 p.m. today at St. Joseph Church, 925 Huron Ave., Renovo, Pa. A viewing for family and friends will be held at the Maxwell Funeral Home, 255 Fifth St., Renovo from noon until 12:45 p.m. today.

WENTZEL — Susan Marie (Cuba) Wentzel, 76 of Castanea, died Jan. 18, 2022. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, Jan. 27, at 2 p.m. at the Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, Inc., 231 High St., Flemington, Pa. Friends and family will be received at the funeral home on Thursday from noon until the start of the service. Burial will be private at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Lock Haven.

BRYAN — Barbara Elizabeth (“Beth”) Bryan, 54 of Altoona and formerly of Howard, died Jan. 23, 2022. A visitation for family and friends will be held from 5-7 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 28, at the Howard United Methodist Church, 144 Main St., Howard. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Jan. 29, at 11 a.m. at the church.

TOMASI — Marie A. “Toni” Tomasi, 83 of Orchard Park, N.Y. and formerly of Mill Hall, died Jan. 21, 2022. Friends and family will be received from noon to 12:45 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 29, at the Helt Funeral Chapel, 232 Hogan Blvd., Mill Hall. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 29, at St. Agnes Church, 7 E. Walnut St., Lock Haven. Burial will follow at St. Agnes Cemetery.

POLETO — Terrance M. “Terry” Poleto, died on Jan. 13, 2022. A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 29, 2022, at New Maple Grove Cemetery in Leidy Township.

YOUNG — Robert Lewis “Bob” Young, 91 formerly of Bellefonte and last residing in Goodyear, Ariz., died on Dec. 31, 2021. Celebration of Life services will be held on Jan. 29, 2022 at 10 a.m. at the Desert Springs Community Church, 14440 W. Indian School Rd., Goodyear, AZ 85395.

WARD — Timothy A. “Papa” Ward, 60 of Cammal, died Jan. 19, 2022. A gathering for family and friends will be held from 1-3 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 29, at the Rearick-Carpenter Funeral Home, 1002 Allegheny St., Jersey Shore. At 3 p.m. if anyone would like to share, please do so. The family encourages attendees to wear something red, Timothy’s favorite color.
