DUFFIELD — Terry A. Duffield, 76, of Lock Haven, died Jan. 20, 2023. A funeral service will be held today at 11 a.m. at the Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, Inc., 231 High St., Flemington. Family and friends will be received at the funeral home today from 9 a.m. until the time of the service.

YOUNG — Ernest “Ernie” R. Young, 94, of Runville, died Jan. 19, 2023. Funeral services will begin at noon today at Wetzler Funeral Service, Inc., 206 N. Spring St., Bellefonte. Family and friends will be received at 10 a.m. until the time of the services. Burial will immediately follow at Romola Christian Cemetery in Marsh Creek, rural Howard.

HUNTER – Pauline E. Hunter, 96, of Mill Hall, died Jan. 21, 2023. Funeral services will be held today at noon in the Gedon Funeral Home, 320 Main St., Mill Hall. Friends and family will be received in the funeral home from 10 a.m. until the time of the service. Interment will be at the Cedar Hill Cemetary, Lamar Township, at the convenience of the family.

BRESSLER — Joyce M. Bressler, 89, of Spring Mills, died Jan. 21, 2023. A visitation for family and friends will be held today from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the Grace United Church of Christ in Spring Mills, followed by the funeral service at 1 p.m. Burial will be private in the Spring Mills Cemetery.

MUTHLER — Dean N. Muthler, Sr., 90, of Lock Haven, died Jan. 22, 2023. A funeral service will be held at noon on Friday, Jan. 27, at the Helt Funeral Chapel, 232 Hogan Blvd., Mill Hall. Friends and family will be received from 10 a.m. until noon at the chapel. Burial with military honors will follow at Rest Haven Memorial Park, Lock Haven. GUGLIOCCIELLO — John W. Gugliocciello, Sr., 74, of Flemington, died Jan. 22, 2023. A funeral service will be held on Friday, Jan. 27, at 1 p.m. at the Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, Inc., 231 High St., Flemington. Friends and family will be received at the funeral home on Friday from 11 a.m. until the time of the service. Private interment will follow at Mt. Bethel Cemetery, Lamar.

EVERS — Mary Lou Bechdel Evers, 90, of Lake Mary, Fla., died Dec. 5, 2022. A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 28, at the Blanchard Church of Christ. Friends and family will be received from 9 a.m. until the time of service.

GRENNINGER — Joan “Jo Ann” Grenninger, 85, of Flemington, died Jan. 18, 2023. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 28, at Flemington First Church of Christ, 714 Canal St., Mill Hall. Friends and family will be received from 9 a.m. until the time of services.

WAGNER — Charles R. “Charlie” Wagner, 85, of Lock Haven, formerly of Woolrich, died Jan. 16, 2023. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Jan. 28, at 11 a.m. at the Woolrich United Methodist Church, 1080 Park Ave., Woolrich. Family and friends will be received in the church one hour prior to services. Burial will be at the family’s convenience.

NIXON — Roger Dean Nixon, 67, died Jan. 21, 2023. A Celebration of Roger’s life will be held on Saturday, Jan. 28, at 11 a.m. at Big Woods Bible Church, 241 S. Hanna St., Lock Haven.

KAPOOR — Dr. Sarla Kapoor died Jan. 11, 2023. A service paying tribute to Dr. Kapoor’s life will be held on Saturday, Jan. 28, at 1 p.m. at the Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, Inc., 231 High St., Flemington.

SHERMAN — Ruth H. Sherman, 94, of Lock Haven, died Jan. 21, 2023. A Life Celebration will be held on Sunday, Jan. 29, at 2 p.m. at The Moose, 150 S. Hanna St., Lock Haven. A funeral service will be held on Monday, Jan. 30, at 1 p.m. at the Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, Inc., 231 High St., Flemington. Family and friends will be received in the funeral home on Monday from 11 a.m. until the time of the service. Private emtombment will be at Centre County Memorial Park, State College.

DAWSON — Jay M. Dawson, 85, of Palm Desert, Calif., died Jan. 16, 2023. A service and Celebration of his Life will be held at a summer date in 2023 in Jersey Shore, Pa.
