David E. Jenkins, 73, of McElhattan, Pa. formerly of Revloc, Pa., died unexpectedly at home on Feb. 18, 2023.
Born May 7, 1949 in Johnstown. David was son of Raymond and Margaret (Spence) Jenkins. He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, a brother and three brother in laws. He was the last surviving member of his immediate family.
David is survived by wife of 52 years, Patricia (Locher) Jenkins; son, William C. Jenkins, of Berwick; granddaughter, Emily, grandson, William; three great grandsons and numerous nieces and nephews.
David served in the National Guard, Johnstown and worked in the Bethlehem mines around the Ebensburg area.
Friends will be received Thursday, Feb. 24, 2023 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Matevish and Matevish Funeral Home, Ebensburg. Internment will be at South Fork Cemetery.
