HESS — Wilbert E. “Toby” Hess, Jr., 74, of S. Renovo, died Aug. 1, 2023. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. today at the Maxwell Funeral Home, 205 Fifth Ave., Renovo. Family and friends will be received one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at North Bend Cemetery with military honors.

ANDERSON — Aneta Anderson, 61, of Canton, died Aug. 8, 2023. Family and friends may call from 5-7 p.m. this evening at the Pepper Funeral Home and Cremation Facility, 578 Springbrook Drive, Canton. Funeral services to celebrate Aneta’s life will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 11, at the Grace Community Church, Bradley Hall, 3290 Watkins Hill Road, Columbia Cross Roads, Pa. A visitation will also be held from noon to 1 p.m. at the church before the funeral service begins. Burial will be private in the Mainesburg Cemetery.

DERR — Edward A. Derr, 74, of Avis, died Aug. 6, 2023. Graveside services with military honors will be held on Friday, Aug. 11, at 12 p.m., at Rest Haven Memorial Park, 47 Rest Haven Drive, Lock Haven.

STOUT — Donna M. (Pierce) Stout, 79, of Drury’s Run, died July 30, 2023. A gathering of family and friends will be held from 10-11 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 12, at Maxwell Funeral Home, 205 Fifth St., Renovo, followed by a Celebration of Life service at 11 a.m. Interment will be in the North Bend Cemetery, North Bend.

FISHER — Kenneth M. Fisher died July 20, 2023 in Midlothian, Va. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, Aug. 12, at Living Hope Lutheran Church, 3903 Old Hundred Road, S. Midlothian, Va.

BUDINGER — Leslie D. Budinger, OD, 68, of Cape May, N.J., died July 19, 2023. A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, Aug. 27, 2023, from 1-4 p.m., at the Kennett Square Country Club, 101 E. Locust Lane, Kennett Square, PA 19348. Interment will be private.

MUSSER — Robert “Bob” Musser, 73, died Aug. 4, 2023. A Celebration of Life service is being planned and will be announced at a later date.

COOK — Robert B. “Rob” Cook, 70, of Lewisburg, died July 14, 2023. Services are being planned and will be announced at a later date.

WOLF — Kline R. “Skip” Wolf, 77, of Howard, died June 10, 2023. A memorial service will be held at the J. K. Yearick Center, Howard Fire Hall, on Sunday, Oct. 8, at 2 p.m.

RICHNER — Shirley L. Richner, 85, of Marsh Creek, died June 26, 2023. A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
