HERMAN — Thomas Harold Herman, 82, died Thursday, Oct. 12, 2023. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, Oct. 17, 2023 at 11 a.m. in the Gedon Funeral Home & Cremation Services LLC, 121 W. Main St., Lock Haven, PA 17745. Family and Friends will be received in the funeral home at 9:30 a.m. until time of service on Tuesday.

REEDER — Rose E. Reeder, 87, died Oct. 15, 2023. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday Oct. 18, 2023 at 6 p.m. in the Gedon Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, LLC. 121 W. Main St. Lock Haven. Interment will be at the convenience of the family in the Rest Haven Memorial Park.

RICHNER — Shirley L. Richner, 85, of Marsh Creek, died June 26, 2023. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Oct. 21, at 11 a.m., at the Marsh Creek Brethren in Christ Church, Summit Hill Road, Howard.

RIGGLE — James W. Riggle, 74, died Sept. 27, 2023. A memorial service will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 21, at the Walnut Street Baptist Church, 201 W. Highland St., Avis. There will be no public visitation.

KALER — Carol Louise Kaler, 94, formerly of Caldwell, died Sept. 26, 2023. A memorial service will be held in Carol’s honor on Saturday, Oct. 21, at 11 a.m., in the Woolrich United Methodist Church, Woolrich. Family and friends will be received in the church one hour prior to the service. A luncheon will be held at the church following the service.

GETZ — Kenneth Richard Getz, of Lock Haven, died Sept. 29, 2023. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Oct. 21, at 11 a.m., at the United Evangelical Lutheran Church, 104 W. Church St., Lock Haven. Family and friends will be received at the church one hour prior to services. Interment will be in the Swissdale Cemetery with full military honors. A luncheon will follow at the church.

BLACK — Sherry Lynn Black, 74, died on Oct. 13, 2023. Memorial services will be held at Great Island Presbyterian Church, 12 W. Water St., Lock Haven, PA on Saturday, Oct. 21. Visitation with family will begin at 1 p.m. with services held at 3 p.m.

BARNER — Kenneth Merle Barner died Aug. 31, 2023 at his home in Alabama. Burial will be on Oct. 28, at 11 a.m., at Snydertown Cemetery, rural Howard, Pa.

YOHE — Elizabeth “Holly” Achenbach Yohe died Sept. 4, 2023. A Celebration of Life service will be hosted on Nov. 25 at 2 p.m. at the Williamsburg Presbyterian Church.

AIKEY — Clifford E. “Coke” Aikey, 97, of Bellefonte, died July 21, 2023. A Celebration of Life service is being planned and will be held later this fall.
