Todd L. Cunningham

Todd L. Cunningham, 51, of Brooklyn, N.Y., passed away Thursday, Dec. 28, 2023, at Kings County Hospital in Brooklyn.

He was born on March 19, 1972 in Jersey Shore to Scott and Bonnie Cunningham of Lock Haven.

Todd was passionate about both technology and film. After graduating from Lock Haven High School, he earned a degree in Film Production at Penn State University. He relocated to New York City and established himself as a true “New Yorker,” living in Manhattan and Brooklyn for nearly 30 years. There he pursued a career in software engineering, navigating an evolving landscape of online publishing and streaming media services.

Besides his parents, he leaves behind a loving son, Declan Scott, at home; brothers, Aaron (Channon), of Clark Summit, and Derrick (Desirae), of Williamsport; a nephew, Flynn Ellis, of Williamsport; his grandmother, Rita Cunningham, of Woolrich; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was predeceased by a sister, Jennie Margaret; and grandparents, Van and Gertrude Rice and Lawrence Cunningham.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects during a public visitation on Saturday, Jan. 20, 2024, from 1-3 p.m., at Rearick-Carpenter Funeral Home, 1002 Allegheny St., Jersey Shore, Pa.

Interment will be at Rest Haven, next to his little sister. A Celebration of Life with friends and co-workers will be planned in New York at a later date.
