Debra K. Brown, 67, of State College, and formerly of Lock Haven, passed away Monday, Jan. 29, 2024.
Born Sept. 23, 1956 in Lock Haven, she was a daughter of the late Walter W. and Florence Brown.
Debra was active in the Special Olympics.
Surviving is her sister and brother-in-law, Patricia and Frank Stover, of State College; a niece, Jessie (Rex) Everett, of State College; a nephew, Chris (Dana) Stover, of Tipton; and three great-nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, Feb. 10, 2024, at 11 a.m., at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 851 Science Park Road, State College. Private burial will be at Rest Haven Memorial Park, Lock Haven.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in her name may be made to The Arc of Centre County, 171 Technology Drive, Boalsburg, PA 16827.
Arrangements are under the direction of Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, Inc., 231 High St., Flemington.
