ROCUSKIE -- Sylvia Ann (Poplaski) Rocuskie, 86, formerly of Hometown and Lock Haven, died April 2, 2024. A Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated today at 12:30 p.m. in the Immaculate Conception Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 310 W. Water St., Lock Haven. Interment will be in the All-Saints Catholic Cemetery in Elysburg, Pa.
PUTMAN -- Patricia A. "Pat" Putman died Feb. 26, 2024. A Mass of Christian Burial will be helf today at 10 a.m. at St. Agnes Church, 3 E. Walnut St., Lock Haven. Interment will be beside her husband in St. Agnes Cemetery.
DeHAAS -- Richard Arden DeHaas, 82, died April 2, 2024 in Bennington, Vt. A memorial service will be held at the Immaculate Conception Church in Lock Haven, Pa., on Thursday, April 11, at 11 a.m. His ashes will be laid to rest beside his wife at Rest Haven Memorial Park immediately following the service.
BARNER -- Julie Ann Barner, 63, of Williamsport, died March 25, 2024. A memorial service will be held Friday, April 12, at 11 a.m., at the Gedon Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, LLC, 320 Main St., Mill Hall. Family and friends will be received in the funeral home one hour prior to services. Interment will be in the Cedar Hill Cemetery, Mill Hall, Pa.
NICKLAS -- Steven D. Nicklas, Ph.D., died Nov. 13, 2023 in Cumming, Ga. A Celebration of Steve's Life will be held Saturday, April 13, from 12:30-5:30 p.m., at the University of North Georgia Gainesville Campus in the Martha T. GILL -- Marilyn E. (Sample) Gill, 72, of Mill Hall, died April 2, 2024. A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, April 20, at the Helt Funeral Chapel, 232 Hogan Blvd., Mill Hall. Friends and family will be received from 9-10 a.m. Interment will be at Rest Haven Memorial Park, Lock Haven.
ZAKEM -- Beatrice Anna "Gloria" Zakem, 94, formerly of Mill Hall, died Dec. 5, 2023. A memorial service is being held on May 16 at 11 a.m. at the Alto Reste Chapel, 109 Alto Reste Park, Altoona, Pa. A funeral luncheon will follow the service.
SHIPMAN -- Steve Shipman, 64, of Mill Hall, died March 13, 2024. A Celebration of Life service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 25, at Flemington First Church of Christ, 714 Canal St., Mill Hall.
