Frances Marion Huling, 93, of Jersey Shore, passed away peacefully at Lock Haven Rehabilitation and Senior Living on Wednesday, May 8, 2024.
Frances was born to John C. and Gladys J. (Evans) Cass on Feb. 10, 1931 in Philadelphia, Pa.
Her family moved to Jersey Shore when she was 10 years old. She graduated from high school in Huntington, W.Va.
Frances was married to Torrence Huling in 1949.
Frances dedicated her life to creating a loving home as a homemaker. She found joy in spending time with her family and cherished moments spent babysitting.
She was an active member of Calvary Baptist Church and was baptized on May 20, 2018.
Frances was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, Torrence R. "Todd" Huling.
She is survived by her daughters, Susan Gardner (Steve), of Jersey Shore, and Deborah Reynolds (Leroy), of Townville, Pa., her son, Todd Huling, of Abilene, Texas; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.
Services to honor and remember Frances will be held at Rearick Carpenter Funeral Home on Monday, May 13, 2024, from 10-11 a.m., with a service officiated by Pastor Jeff Howell of Calvary Baptist Church at 11 a.m.
There will be a graveside service in the Jersey Shore Cemetery Chapel at Jersey Shore Cemetery with interment following.
Memorial contributions can be made in her honor to Calvary Baptist Church of Jersey Shore. Her family will be providing the flowers for her service.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Rearick Carpenter Funeral Home, 1002 Allegheny St., Jersey Shore.
