LOWERY -- John W. Lowery, Sr., 91, of Nittany Valley Drive, Bellefonte, died May 18, 2024. Family and friends will be received this evening from 6-8 p.m. at the Singer-Kader-Neff Funeral Home, 135 W. Main St., Howard. A visitation will also be held on Thursday, May 23, from 10 a.m. until the time of service at 11 a.m. on Thursday at the funeral home.
SASSER -- Sylvia Bumgarner Sasser, 84, of Mount Airy, died May 18, 2024. A graveside service will be held today at 11 a.m. at Skyline Memory Gardens.
GALBRAITH -- Jay Allen Galbraith, 73, died April 11, 2024. Friends and family will be received on Thursday, May 23, from 10-11 a.m. at Wetzler Funeral Service, Inc., 206 N. Spring St., Bellefonte. Funeral services will begin at 11 a.m. with burial services with full military honors immediately following at Zion Cemetery in Bellefonte.
SHIPMAN -- Steve Shipman, 64, of Mill Hall, died March 13, 2024. A Celebration of Life service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 25, at Flemington First Church of Christ, 714 Canal St., Mill Hall.
EGGLER -- There will be a graveside service for Joseph and Linda (Delaney) Eggler on Sunday, May 26, at 1 p.m., at the North Bend Cemetery.
HAZZARD -- Albert E. "Sonny" Hazard, Jr., 84, died April 21, 2024. A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, May 26, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., at the Bellefonte Moose Lodge #206, 125 N. Spring St., Bellefonte. Burial services will follow at 3 p.m. in Union Cemetery in Bellefonte.
MORIARTY -- Mary L. Moriarty, 80, of Jersey Shore, died April 27, 2024. A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, June 1, at the Trinity Episcopal Church, 147 Mount Pleasant Ave., Jersey Shore. Interment will be in the Jersey Shore Cemetery.

MUSSER -- John Risser Musser, 82, of Fort Myers, Fla., died March 15, 2024. A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 7, at 11 a.m., in the Cedar Hill Cemetery.
BUMBARGER -- Gerald C. "Jerry"/"Bummy" Bumbarger, 81, of Julian, died May 14, 2024. Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 8, from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m., followed by a memorial service at 1 p.m., at the Daughenbaugh Funeral Home, 201 Spring St., Milesburg. Burial will be in the Advent Cemetery, Moose Run Road, Boggs Township, rural Bellefonte.
AURAND -- Nancy Ruth Aurand, of Lock Haven, died Thursday, May 9, 2024. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, June 15, at 11 a.m., at Dunnstown United Methodist Church, 59 Church St., Lock Haven, with a luncheon immediately following at the Dunnstown Fire Hall.
MYERS -- Clair E. Myers, 62, of Jersey Shore, died March 20, 2024. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, Aug. 10, at his home.
ASKEY -- Jeana L. Askey, 47, of Beech Creek, died March 4, 2024. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
WOMELDORF -- Donald R. Womeldorf, 88, of Jersey Shore, died March 30, 2024. A graveside service will be held in Rest Haven Memorial Park at a later date.
WHITEHILL -- Pamela Renee Craig Whitehill, 49, of Lamar, died March 17, 2024. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
TRUAX -- Colleen L. Truax, 46, of Lock Haven, died May 6, 2024. A Celebration of Life ceremony is being planned and will be announced at a later date. Private burial will take place at Rest Haven Memorial Park, Lock Haven.
