Anna Ruth Bauman Shearer of Lock Haven sadly left us July 18, 2024 in her home after a long battle with cancer.
Anna was born on Dec. 12, 1949, to Sylvester and Alma Bauman. She is survived by her partner Jeffrey Lentz; one daughter, Tina (Kevin) Powell; four sons, John (Melissa) Shirk, Wayne (Candace) Shirk, Scott Shirk and Merril (Bobbi) Shirk. She is also survived by four brothers, Harry Bauman, Butch (Vicki) Bauman, Gene Bauman and Reggie Bauman.
She was preceded in death by two sisters and one brother, Sylvia Zipeto, Merella Gingrich and Jack Bauman.
Her favorite thing in life was spending time with her family, especially her seventeen grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren. She treasured the time spent with them and looked forward to all family gatherings.
