RAUDENBUSH-MUSE — Melanie Marie Raudenbush-Muse, 61, died July 19, 2024. A viewing will be held today from 9-11 a.m., at Wetzler Funeral Service, Inc., 206 N. Spring St., Bellefonte, with the funeral service to directly follow. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family.

SHADY — Easton Reid Shady, of Blanchard, entered this world April 16, 2024 and departed July 19, 2024. A Memorial Service for Easton will be held this evening at 7 p.m., at the Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, Inc., 231 High St., Flemington. Friends and family will be received at the funeral home from 5-7 p.m.

MILLER — Carl E. “Buck” Miller, 75, of Lock Haven, and formerly of Picture Rocks, died July 21, 2024. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, July 27, at McCarty-Thomas Funeral Home, 557 E. Water St., Hughesville. Burial will follow in Mt. Zion Cemetery, Hughesville. Friends may call from 6-8 p.m. Friday, July 26, at the funeral home.

DeONNA — Anthony Michael DeOnna, 59, died July 20, 2024. A Celebration of Life and candlelight vigil will be held at Fisherman’s Paradise Park on Saturday, July 27, starting at 4 p.m., with the vigil beginning at 8:30 p.m. This is an outdoor gathering in an informal setting, please dress accordingly.

DALEY — Lana R. Daley, 81, of Jersey Shore, died July 22, 2024. A visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. on Friday evening, July 26, at Welker Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, July 27, at Frederick B. Welker Funeral Home, 125 N. Main St., Jersey Shore. Interment will be in Jersey Shore Cemetery.

HAYES — Kristen Marie Hayes, 51, died Thursday, July 4, 2024. There will be two memorial services, the first of which will occur on Saturday, July 27, at 10:30 a.m., in the chapel on Saint Joseph’s University’s campus in Philadelphia. The second memorial service will be on Aug. 3 at 12 p.m. in St. Agnes Church in Lock Haven, followed by a Celebration of Life luncheon in the Parish Center. Friends and family are invited to attend, and wear bright colors, especially purple as that was her favorite, to celebrate her life and legacy.

BITLER — Maisie Bitler, 17, died July 4, 2024. A Celebration of Maisie’s Life will be held on Saturday, Aug. 3, from 4-8 p.m., at the Williamsport Regional Airport, 724 Airport Road, Montoursville, Pa.

MYERS — Clair E. Myers, 62, of Jersey Shore, died March 20, 2024. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, Aug. 10, at his home.

SHAFFER — Barbara S. Shaffer, 92, of Renovo, died Friday, July 12, 2024. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 24, 2024, at the Maxwell Funeral Home, 205 Fifth St., Renovo, with the Reverend Canon Dee Calhoun officiating. Friends and relatives will be received from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. at the funeral home. A private interment will be held at the North Bend Cemetery.

ANDERSON — Betty (Hamm) Anderson, 77, of Lititz, Pa., died Dec. 31, 2023. A memorial service/remembrance celebration is being planned and will be announced at a later date.

HEICHEL — Joel F. Heichel, 60, of Jacksonville, Fla., and formerly of Blanchard, Pa., died June 9, 2024. A memorial service is being planned and will be announced once details have been finalized.
