Kathleen M. Bubb, 97, of Mill Hall, passed away Tuesday, Aug. 6, 2024, at Eagle Ridge Personal Care Home.
Born March 6, 1927 in State College, she was the only child of the late Forest and Marguerite (Holt) Homan.
After graduating from Lock Haven High School, Kathleen continued her education, earning her Bachelor's Degree.
On May 26, 1945, she married Lewis P. Bubb, Jr., with whom she shared 66 years of marriage before his passing in 2011.
Kathleen was employed as a Social Worker and then as an elementary school teacher, teaching at both Robb and Mill Hall Elementary Schools.
She was a member of United Evangelical Lutheran Church, Lock Haven.
Kathleen loved playing cards and antiquing.
Surviving are her son and daughter-in-law, Gregory and Theresa Bubb, of New Jersey; and two grandchildren, Kaitlyn and Cameron.
Along with her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a son, Lewis P. Bubb, III, in 2023.
Private interment at Centre County Memorial Park will be held at her family's convenience.
