MYERS -- Malcolm P. Myers, Sr., 94, of Lock Haven, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 11, 2024, at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 20, 2024, at the Helt Funeral Chapel, 232 Hogan Blvd., Mill Hall, with Captain Kendall Mahida officiating.
HEICHEL -- Joel F. Heichel, 60, of Jacksonville, Fla., and formerly of Blanchard, Pa., died June 9, 2024. A Celebration of Life will be held on Oct. 5 from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the home of Trudy Duck, 19 N. Chestnut Street, Mill Hall. Friends, family and all who knew Joel are invited to join in sharing stories, remembering his impact and finding comfort in each other's company.
WELSHANS -- Thomas G. Welshans, 75, died Sept. 8, 2024. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. today at Otterbein United Methodist Church, 647 Forge Road, Carlisle, Pa. A viewing will also be held at the church one hour prior to the start of the funeral services. Burial will follow at Westminster Cemetery.
DALY -- Dr. Francis T. "Frank" Daly, Jr., of Faxon, Loyalsock Township, died Sept. 1, 2024. Visitation will be held today at 10 a.m. at Crouse Funeral Home, 133 E. 3rd St., Williamsport. A memorial service will then begin at 11:15 a.m. at the funeral home.
QUIGGLE -- Kenneth L. Quiggle, 73, of Fredericktown, Ohio, formerly of Lock Haven, died July 11, 2024. A memorial service will be held today from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the Susquehanna Big Twins, 84 Harley Drive, Lock Haven. Dress casually for the memorial service. Private graveside services will be held afterward for the immediate family at the Dunnstown Cemetery.
AMOS -- Matthew Coleman Amos, Jr., 2 months and 29 days old, of Lock Haven, died Aug. 15, 2024. A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, Sept. 15, at 1 p.m., at Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, Inc., 231 High St., Flemington.
WINDLE -- Maryann Nonemaker Windle, 83, died May 16, 2024. A celebration of life will be held on Sept. 21, 2024, at the Jersey Mills Baptist Church beginning at 11 a.m. Please wear blue.
MAZZOTTA -- Joseph J. Mazzotta, 78, of Bellefonte, died Aug. 29, 2024. A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, Sept. 22, at 2 p.m., at the Lock Haven Son's of Italy, 1 N. Henderson St., Lock Haven. Following the service, his family invites you to stay to share memories and one of his favorite meals.
DAY -- Arlin R. "Sparky" Day, 91, died Aug. 31, 2024. A Celebration of Life will be held on Sept. 29 to include his family and close friends.
ROYER -- Charles C. "Chick" Royer died July 12, 2024. A graveside service to honor Charles' life will be held on Oct. 4, 2024, at 11 a.m., at Swissdale Cemetery.
THORSTEN -- Donna Marie Thorsten (Shank), 77, of Missouri City, Texas, died Aug. 22, 2024. A small memorial service will be arranged near Renovo, with close family and friends in late November.
