VANHORN -- James Arthur VanHorn, 84, of Lock Haven, passed away Saturday, Sept. 14, 2024. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, Sept. 19, 2024, at 11 a.m. at the Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, Inc., 231 High Street, Flemington, PA 17745 with Pastor Jack Hocker officiating.
RAUB -- Kenneth G. Raub, Sr., of New Port Richey, Fla., formerly of Renovo, died Thursday, Sept. 12, 2024. A viewing will take place on Wednesday, Sept. 18, 2024 from 11:30 to 1:30 p.m. at Maxwell Funeral Home 205 Fifth St., Renovo followed by a funeral at 1:30 p.m. with Martha Sykes officiating. Burial will follow in North Bend Cemetery.
MYERS -- Malcolm P. Myers, Sr., 94, of Lock Haven, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 11, 2024, at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 20, 2024, at the Helt Funeral Chapel, 232 Hogan Blvd., Mill Hall, with Captain Kendall Mahida officiating.
HEICHEL -- Joel F. Heichel, 60, of Jacksonville, Fla., and formerly of Blanchard, Pa., died June 9, 2024. A Celebration of Life will be held on Oct. 5 from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the home of Trudy Duck, 19 N. Chestnut Street, Mill Hall. Friends, family and all who knew Joel are invited to join in sharing stories, remembering his impact and finding comfort in each other’s company.
WINDLE -- Maryann Nonemaker Windle, 83, died May 16, 2024. A celebration of life will be held on Sept. 21, 2024, at the Jersey Mills Baptist Church beginning at 11 a.m. Please wear blue.
MAZZOTTA -- Joseph J. Mazzotta, 78, of Bellefonte, died Aug. 29, 2024. A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, Sept. 22, at 2 p.m., at the Lock Haven Son's of Italy, 1 N. Henderson St., Lock Haven. Following the service, his family invites you to stay to share memories and one of his favorite meals.
DAY -- Arlin R. "Sparky" Day, 91, died Aug. 31, 2024. A Celebration of Life will be held on Sept. 29 to include his family and close friends.
ROYER -- Charles C. "Chick" Royer died July 12, 2024. A graveside service to honor Charles' life will be held on Oct. 4, 2024, at 11 a.m., at Swissdale Cemetery.
THORSTEN -- Donna Marie Thorsten (Shank), 77, of Missouri City, Texas, died Aug. 22, 2024. A small memorial service will be arranged near Renovo, with close family and friends in late November.
PICKERING -- Richard Allen Pickering, 81, of North Bend, Pa., passed away Sept. 14, 2024. Services will be at the convenience of the family.
SEIBERT -- Steven Richard Seibert, Jr., "Stevie", 44, of Loganton, died Aug. 19, 2024. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date and will be announced.
LONG -- Robert P. Long (Bob), 53, of Howard, passed away peacefully in his home on Sunday, Sept. 8, 2024. A celebration of life will be held for Bob at a later date.
TROY -- Thomas R. Troy, Sr., 84, a former resident of Jersey Shore, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 11, 2024, at Lock Haven Rehab and Senior Living. Funeral arrangements will be announced by the Helt Funeral Chapel, Mill Hall.
