Thomas R. Troy, Sr., 84, formerly of Jersey Shore passed away Wednesday, Sept. 11, 2024 at Lock Haven Rehabilitation & Senior Living.

The funeral will be held at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept., 18, 2024 at Helt Funeral Chapel. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.
