RUPERT -- Lawrence Allen "Larry" Rupert, 80, of Lock Haven, and formerly of Eagleville, died Sept. 29, 2024. A memorial service will be held this evening from 5-7 p.m. at Singer-Kader-Neff Funeral Home, 135 W. Main St., Howard.
ROYER -- Charles C. "Chick" Royer died July 12, 2024. A graveside service to honor Charles' life will be held today, at 11 a.m. at Swissdale Cemetery.
HEICHEL -- Joel F. Heichel, 60, of Jacksonville, Fla., and formerly of Blanchard, Pa., died June 9, 2024. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, Oct. 5, from 3-6 p.m., at the home of Trudy Duck, 19 N. Chestnut St., Mill Hall. Friends, family and all who knew Joel are invited to join in sharing stories, remembering his impact and finding comfort in each other’s company.
FLANAGAN -- Michael K. Flanagan, 62, of Lock Haven, died Sept. 29, 2024. A funeral service will be held at the Gedon Funeral Homes and Cremation Services, LLC, 121 W. Main St., Lock Haven, Pa., on Saturday, Oct. 5, at 12 p.m. Visitation will begin at 9:30 a.m. until the time of the service. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery.
STIVER -- Ryan P. Stiver, 21, of Ronks, Pa., and formerly of Clinton County, died Sept. 28, 2024. A visitation for family and friends will be held on Monday, Oct. 7, from 3-5 p.m., at the Helt Funeral Chapel, 232 Hogan Blvd., Mill Hall.
THORSTEN -- Donna Marie Thorsten (Shank), 77, of Missouri City, Texas, died Aug. 22, 2024. A small memorial service will be arranged near Renovo, with close family and friends in late November.
PICKERING -- Richard Allen Pickering, 81, of North Bend, Pa., passed away Sept. 14, 2024. Services will be at the convenience of the family.
SEIBERT -- Steven Richard Seibert, Jr., "Stevie", 44, of Loganton, died Aug. 19, 2024. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date and will be announced.
LONG -- Robert P. "Bob" Long, 53, of Howard, passed away peacefully in his home on Sunday, Sept. 8, 2024. A Celebration of Life will be held for Bob at a later date.
DUTTON -- Katherine Dutton, 74, of Woolrich, died Sept. 30, 2024. A Celebration of Life is being planned and will be announced at a later date.
