Ryan P. Stiver, 21, of Ronks, Pa., and a former resident of Clinton County, died Saturday, Sept. 28, 2024, as a result of an auto accident in Lancaster County.

Funeral arrangements will be announced by the Helt Funeral Chapel, Mill Hall.
